NMUSD Moves Forward With Plan to Build 196 Units
On Tuesday, the Newport-Mesa Unified School District Board approved a resolution for negotiating with Knighthall Capital LLC to build up to 169 units on the District’s 11 acres. The key issue is that the deadline for responses from agencies that may be interested in bidding on the property is Monday, March 23—two weeks AFTER this decision.
