Talbert Regional Park consists of northern (91.5 acre) and southern (88.5 acre) sections totalling 180 acres. This Park is owned and managed by the County of Orange – OC Parks. The property is located in the City of Costa Mesa and shares a border with the Randall Preserve/Genga, Vista Park, Fairview Park, and the Santa Ana River.
