Rick Huffman grew up in Newport Beach and now lives in Costa Mesa with his wife, Cynthia. Rick has been involved in supporting the protection of the Randall Preserve. When development was proposed on Banning Ranch, he attending numerous Coastal Commission meetings from Morro Bay to Chula Vista. Rick also serves on the Board of the historic Hortense Miller Garden and House in Laguna Beach, and is Treasurer of Costa Mesa First, which supports smart growth policies in Costa Mesa. He has an extensive background as a general contractor throughout Southern California.
