Paolo joined the Board of Directors in 2022, after five years of close partnership with the organization, leading the acquisition effort on behalf of The Trust for Public Land. With permanent protection of the land complete, Paolo brings his deep engagement with the  conservation transaction to the future of the organization. He has worked in land conservation for over 15 years and currently works as a Project Director for The Nature Conservancy, leading land acquisition efforts across California. He lives in Ventura with his partner Alexandra and their two dogs, Monkey and Chula.
