Habitat Restoration Days
CCA adopted an area of Fairview Park for native habitat restoration in 2022. Our community based restoration has been wonderfully successful, and has since expanded with new sites and partnerships. Individuals and families are invited to join us at Fairview Park in Costa Mesa.
Hay servicio de interpretación al español disponible.
Get Involved:
3rd Saturdays
Habitat restoration brings native plants and wildlife back to degraded areas, strengthening biodiversity and creating healthier, more resilient ecosystems. Fairview Park needs our help to become a strong native landscape.
Thursday mornings
Join the early morning crew and help Fairview Park and its struggling natural areas. This work will help improve water quality, reduce flooding and erosion, and provide meaningful opportunities for people to connect with nature.
friday mornings
Join the early morning team to reconnect people to Fairview Park’s natural areas. This work helps the Park better withstand drought, flooding, heat, and other climate stresses by restoring natural processes. You’ll have fun and meet new people!
sponsored events
