Magnolia Tank Farm Meeting
This Wednesday, July 10, the Coastal Commission will hear a proposal to amend the Huntington Beach Local Coastal Plan (LCP) to allow for a large commercial/residential development to be built at the site of the former Magnolia Tank Farm on Magnolia St. near PCH.
The Coastal Corridor Alliance urges you to contact the Coastal Commission and request denial of this ill-conceived project, located so close to sensitive coastal wetlands.
Email the Coastal Commission to urge denial or attend the hearing yourself and speak (it will be a Zoom meeting). Sample language is in the first link.
